With over 30 years combined experience in the Central Florida Tourism and Real Estate Markets, we've seen the big corporations move in and commercialize everything. Because we insist on excellence in service, we will never have 5000 houses from all 50 states listed. Our rentals are not corporately run investment homes, lined up next to each other, and built as cheaply as possible. Each of our homes are family bought and kept. Our owners enjoy their homes just as much as you will, and have designed and furnished them so that they are their own best customers. Each of our homes have their own personal touch. Themed rooms for the kids, tasteful furniture that invites you to be comfortable, and several even have designated game rooms with Billiards, Darts, etc. Each of our homes have beautiful in-ground swimming pools, and have been specifically chosen for their private back yards. Our townhomes are within steps of the club house, pool, and all of the other amazing amenities. Whichever path you end up taking, where it be a house or a townhome the beautifully landscaped areas provide a great place for you and your family to swim and sunbath while enjoying every minute of your vacation. We Know that Central Florida's main appeal (along with its year-round sun-bathing weather), is its theme parks - so all of our homes are located in Kissimmee within minutes of every attraction. |
